EMC ELECTRIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TERMINATION

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
OPTIONAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE
If EMC Electric elects to include arbitration provisions, the arbitration language should be separately reviewed by Washington legal counsel to ensure compliance with Washington consumer protection laws and evolving arbitration standards.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and EMC Electric regarding use of the Site.
